Organic Apple Vinegar is produced from organic agriculture certified apples produced in Turkey. Only apple, clean spring water and natural mother of vinegar (a natural yeast type that provides fermentation) are used in the production of the product. The formula, which is prepared without adding any additives, preservatives and colourants, is filled into glass bottles at the end of the waiting period required for fermentation. In order to preserve the natural gluten-free content of the product, the entire production process is carried out on special lines only for gluten-free products. In order to preserve their naturalness and nutritional value, the products are transferred to bottles without filtering. Thus, the fermentation process can continue naturally after packaging.

Organic Apple Cider Vinegar can be stored for a long time under suitable conditions thanks to the high acidity and durability of the vinegar. However, since the product does not contain preservatives and contains organisms in its formula, it must be tightly closed and kept at a maximum temperature of 10 degrees Celsius. In the product, which is bottled with natural fruit pieces and yeast, the color change along with the sedimentation at the bottom and the formation of mother vinegar on the surface can be seen as time passing. All these are not signs of spoilage, and the product should be shaken before each consumption and filtered as needed.
