How to make it

  • Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
  • Prepare a baking pan with baking paper.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine oats, nuts and seeds, cinnamon, and salt.
  • Stir to blend.
  • Pour in the oil, maple syrup, and vanilla, and mix well until every oat and nut is lightly coated. 
  • Pour the granola into the pan and spread it in an even layer.
  • bake until lightly golden about 20-24 min. 
  • Let it cool (top with dried fruits or chocolate chips if you like) 
  • Store in an airtight container at room temperature for 2 weeks.

Ingredients

2 cups oats

1 cup raw nuts and seeds ( i used almond, sesame, and pumpkin seeds)

 1/2 tsp salt

1 tsp cinnamon 

1/4 cup coconut oil

1/4 cup maple syrup

1/2 tsp vanilla
