How to make it

  • Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius and prepare 6 muffin paper cups.
  • Add mashed sweet potatoes, maple syrup, eggs, coconut oil, and vanilla extract to a large mixing bowl.
  • Stir together until smooth.
  • Add coconut flour, cinnamon, baking soda, and salt.
  • Whisk until the batter is smooth.
  • Evenly divide the pattern into muffin paper cups.
  • Sprinkle the walnuts on top of the muffins.
  • Bake for 15-20 min.
  • Cool for 10 min before enjoying.

3 tbsp coconut oil

1 tsp vanilla extract 

1/3 cup coconut flour

1 tsp cinnamon

Crushed raw walnuts for garnish
