How to make it

  • Marinate the mushrooms with olive oil and Italian herbs and bake in the oven for 20 min.
  • Add the mushrooms to the rocca and lettuce.
  • Add the dressing and enjoy.

Ingredients

Mushrooms 

Rocca 

Lettuce 

Dried Italian herbs (oregano, basil, rosemary, and thyme)

Olive oil to marinate the mushroom

Dressing:

3 tbsp olive oil 

1 tbsp balsamic vinegar

1/2 tbsp pomegranate molasses

Salt and pepper to taste
