Delivery Information, Returns, Refunds, and Exchange

Delivery Information:

When you complete your purchase, your delivery will be processed.

  • You will receive a confirmation email to the email address you have provided, which includes the order details.
  • Delivery within 2 Working Days.
  • Mention your full and correct address with a contact number.
  • Please reply to the message you will receive to confirm the delivery time.
  • Sign on the receipt to confirm that you received the order.
  • No Orders are Processed on Fridays and Public Holidays

Refunds:

  1. You have a maximum of 14 days for Returns.
  2. If you want to exchange, cancel or remove items from your order, please email info@wholeness.com.kw.
  3. You can cancel any item or the entire order as long as it still has not been shipped.
  4. Once the items have shipped, we are unable to change nor cancel the order unless the items are Damaged, Faulty or Defective.
  5. Please keep the original receipt with you in order to get a full refund. (Also, please note that you will be responsible for the cost of returning the item if it is not faulty).
  6. For Damaged Products:
    Our aim is always to keep our customer service at the top level, so rest assured that your item(s) will be delivered in perfect conditions.
    But, sometimes things go wrong, do not worry if you do receive any item that is damaged or faulty, just email us at info@wholeness.com.kw within 3 days of receiving the order and provide picture evidence of your damaged product and we will send a replacement product free of charge or issue you a refund including the shipping cost.

Exchanges:

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged products.
Our aim is always to keep our customer service at the top level, so rest assured that your item(s) will be delivered in perfect conditions.
But, sometimes things go wrong, do not worry if you do receive any item that is damaged or faulty, just email us at info@wholeness.com.kw within 3 days of receiving the order and provide picture evidence of your damaged product and we will send a replacement product free of charge.

Shipping Returns:

To return your product, you must email info@wholeness.com.kw.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
