Veggie garlic noodles

How to make it

  • Cook the noodles in boiling water for 6 minutes.
  • Heat the oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  • Add the garlic and cook for 2 min.
  • Add the ginger, carrots, bell pepper and cabbage, and salt and stir fry on medium to high heat until the veggies are almost cooked.
  • Add the noodles and mix together for a minute.
  • Add the coconut aminos and sesame and mix.
  • Enjoy

Ingredients

2 tbsp coconut oil

5 cloves garlic, minced

1 tsp minced ginger 

2 carrots, shredded 

1 bell pepper, shredded 

I cup of shredded cabbage 

2 tbsp sesame 

Noodles 

3 tbsp coconut aminos  

Salt to taste
